What is the 3% credit card processing fee?
This fee is charged directly by secure payment processors (Stripe) to process credit card transactions safely, protect against card fraud, and provide encrypted merchant transfers.
How and when do I receive payouts?
Donations and fundraiser payouts are deposited into your connected bank account according to standard Stripe schedules (typically 2–3 business days). Event registration fees are disbursed after the event completes to safeguard registrants.
Is payment information secure?
Yes. KidShowcase uses Stripe Connect with full PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Payment details and banking credentials never pass through or touch KidShowcase servers directly.
